The IKO Trade Top Sheet is a robust green-surfaced top layer, perfect for capping multi-layer systems on garden buildings or as a standalone layer on shed roofs (non-habitable buildings). When paired with IKO Trade Underlay, it’s an excellent option for smaller roofing projects. This top sheet is suitable for flat roof decks with a minimum 1:80 fall and requires proper drainage. For roof pitches under 10 degrees, a multi-layer built-up roofing system is recommended.
