We will require 1 hour to prepare your click and collect order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we’ll be pleased to take back any items that are in a resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.
You can arrange collection by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01702 510246 with your order number and product details.
The return of perishable items including cement, plaster, plasterboard, Cellotex or Pir insulation, all decking products (timber or composite excluding fixings) will not be accepted there is no exception to these products.
Any sheet materials must have been kept undercover and dry these will be inspected on arrival into our warehouse and if any defect s found they will not be eligible for a refund. If collection on one of our vehicles is required we will collect goods and inspect when they arrive at our warehouse and when accepted will be refunded back on the original payment type within 7 days. We reserve the right to charge for collections made on our vehicles to cover driver and fuel costs.
Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type, this charge will be at our discretion. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
Will I receive a re-stocking charge?
We do not charge a restocking charge.
How do I return a faulty or damaged product?
We’ll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 30 days of delivery.
